2.Tubular Sterilizer complete sets of equipment is designed for milk, dairy products, fruit juices, drinks, beer and other liquid materials designed for sterilization equipment. Using manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic three control systems, control components are brand-name products, including industrial PLC programmable controller and screen, the steam valve, control valve, diverter valve, pump and heat pump materials. Other valves and pipe fittings and other fluid accessories selected high quality standards for all products. According to technical requirements of different users, the combination of different process design.
Process equipment:
5°c→65°c(Homogenizer)→137°c(3-5s)→20°c-25°c, for aseptic filling.
5°c→65°c(Homogenizer)→115°c/125°c(5-15s)→88°c-90°c, for hot filling.

5°c→65°c(Homogenizer)→115°c/125°c(5-15s)→75°c-78°c, for middle temperature filling.
