High Shear Mixer Homogenizer is suitable for mixing, Dispersing, Shearing and Homogenizing all kinds of viscous liquid and pastes. The mixing head is a pair of stainless steel rotor and stator. When the rotor rotate with a high speed (around 2900Rpm), The stator keeps still, Then generate a high shear forces.The mixer has similar work theory with batch high shear mixer, which the rotor and stator work together to generate strong shearing power during speedy running to realize mixing, smashing and emulsion.

Description

1.Apply to atmospheric pressure, vacuum, high pressure environment.
2.Favored temperature -40<140C it has to be customized if it is out of the scale
3.Apply to the dispersing, emulsion, homogenization, dissolution, suspension of the medium and high viscosity materials.
4.Contact materials: 304/ 316L, it has to be customized for special materials
5.Bushing materials: copper, PFTE/ it has to be customized for special materials
6.Seals form: double ends mechanical seals, skeleton seals, PTFE.
