Description

CIP Cleaning System is a cleaning device, easy opeation, safe and automatic, and free of disassembling of production equipments. It sends cleaning solution to equipments and pipelines and forces it circulating inside, achieving a thorough cleansing purposes. No need of disassembling of pipelines and equipments, reduces labour intensity and improves equipment utilization.
Structure
The CIP cleaning system must be in connection with equipments and pipelines and be mated with spray balls. It is consisted of a hot water tank, a alkali tank, a acid tank, a plate type heat exchanger, cleaning solution delivery pumps and etc.
Hot water tank:
Automatic return after cleaning: when the discharge valve opens, the pneumatic two-positon and three-way valve opens synchronouslyor separatedly and other valves close. When the discharge valve closes, invidiual control of each valve to achieve return of process water.
--- The temperature and liquid level is displayed. .

Alikali tank:

--- Automatic return after cleaning. When the dischaarg valve opens. the pneumatic two-postion and three-way valve opens synchronously or separatedly and other valves close. When the dicharge valve closes, invidiual control of each valve to achieve return of alkali solution.

--- The temperature, pH value and liquid level are displayed.
Acid tank:
--- Automatic return after cleaning. When the discharge valve opens. the pneumatic two-postion and three-way valve opens synchronously or separatedly and other valves close. When the dicharge valve closes, invidiual control of each valve to achieve return of acid solution.
